Refund policy

At Studio Nairiti, every product is handmade with care, time, and attention to detail. Since our products are individually handcrafted and made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason not covered under the damaged-product policy below.

Damaged Products

We take great care while packing and dispatching your order. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or you receive a damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a replacement or resolution for a damaged product:

  • You must record a continuous, unedited video while opening the parcel.

  • The video must clearly show the parcel/package from the time it is unopened through the opening of the package and reveal the damaged product inside.

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video showing the damage inside the parcel may not be accepted.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and relevant order details.

Once we receive the required information, we will review the claim and, where applicable, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Refused or Undelivered Orders (RTO)

If you refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, or the parcel is returned to us due to the recipient's unavailability, refusal, or other reasons attributable to the recipient, the order will be treated as an RTO (Return to Origin).

In such cases, you may choose one of the following options:

1. Re-dispatch the Order

We can re-dispatch the parcel to you once the returned shipment has been received by us.

2. Request a Refund

If you do not wish to have the order re-dispatched, you may request a refund.

In case of a refund for an RTO order, the following charges will be deducted from the refundable amount:

  • Shipping charges incurred for the original shipment

  • Payment gateway/transaction charges applicable to the order

The remaining eligible amount will then be refunded to the original payment method.
