Can I return a product if I change my mind?
No. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect product selection. We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, specifications, measurements and images before placing your order.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us as soon as possible. To be eligible for a damaged-product replacement or resolution, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the unopened parcel, the opening of the package and the damaged product inside.
Why do I need an unboxing video for a damaged-product claim?
The unboxing video allows us to verify the condition of the parcel and product from the moment the package is unopened through the opening of the parcel. This helps us determine whether the damage occurred before delivery and allows us to properly assess the claim.
How long do I have to report a damaged product?
Damaged-product claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, along with the required unboxing video and relevant order details.
What happens if I don't have an unboxing video?
A valid continuous unboxing video is required for damaged-product claims. Claims without an unboxing video clearly showing the parcel being opened and the damage inside may not be accepted.
What happens if I receive the wrong product?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs or video of the product received. We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.
What happens if an item is missing from my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the missing item. We will review your order and help resolve the issue.
How are refunds processed for RTO orders?
If you choose a refund instead of re-dispatching an RTO order, the original shipping charges and applicable payment gateway/transaction charges will be deducted. The remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Crochet & Handmade FAQs
What is crochet?
Crochet is a craft where yarn or thread is turned into fabric using a single crochet hook. By working different stitches and combinations of stitches, you can create everything from simple scarves and bags to flowers, plushies, home décor and intricate accessories.
One of the nicest things about crochet is that you can start with just a hook and some yarn and gradually build your skills from there.
What is the difference between crochet and knitting?
The biggest difference is the tools and techniques used. Crochet uses one hook, while knitting generally uses two needles.
Crochet tends to create a slightly thicker and more structured fabric, while knitting often creates a softer and more flexible fabric. Both are incredibly versatile crafts, but in my personal opinion crochet is much more simpler to learn than knitting but can be limiting in term of in-stitch design and details.
If you're completely new to yarn crafts, crochet can be a particularly approachable place to start because you only need to manage one hook at a time.
Is crochet difficult to learn?
Not really. Although your first few attempts might make you question that answer.
The basic crochet stitches are relatively easy to learn, but getting comfortable with holding the hook, controlling the yarn and maintaining consistent tension takes some practice.
Your first project probably won't look perfect, and that's completely normal. Start with a simple project, practise the basic stitches and let your hands gradually get used to the movements.
The goal of your first project isn't perfection. It's figuring out what your hook is actually supposed to be doing.
What do you need to start crocheting?
For your first project, you'll generally need:
- A crochet hook
- Yarn
- A pair of scissors
- A yarn or tapestry needle
- A safety pin or a stitch marker
What is the easiest crochet stitch for beginners?
The single crochet stitch is one of the easiest basic stitches for beginners to learn. The chain stitch is also an essential starting point because it forms the foundation for many crochet projects.
Once you're comfortable with these, you can gradually learn stitches such as half double crochet and double crochet.
Don't worry about learning dozens of stitches immediately. A surprising number of beautiful crochet projects can be created using just a few basic stitches.
What type of yarn is best for beginners?
For a first crochet project, a medium-weight, smooth yarn is generally a good choice because the stitches are large enough to see clearly without being difficult to handle.
Very thin yarn can make it harder for beginners to see where their hook needs to go, while extremely textured or fluffy yarn can hide the stitches altogether.
I'd also recommend choosing a lighter or medium colour for your first project. Dark yarn has a slightly unfair habit of hiding exactly the stitch you're looking for.
And if you're making your first project, don't be afraid to go a little bigger with your yarn and hook. Big, visible stitches are much easier to learn from.
What size crochet hook should a beginner use?
The right hook size depends on the yarn you're using, so there isn't one universal "beginner crochet hook."
For your first project, choose the hook size recommended on the yarn label or in your chosen tutorial. As a general rule, medium-weight yarn with a medium-sized hook (4.5mm to 6 mm) is easier for beginners to work with than very fine yarn and a tiny hook.
If you're struggling to insert the hook into your stitches, your tension may be too tight or you may be using a hook that's too small for the yarn.
Your first hook doesn't have to be fancy either. You need a comfortable hook, not a luxury sports car.
Why does my crochet look uneven?
Uneven crochet is incredibly common when you're learning.
The most common causes are inconsistent tension, accidentally adding or dropping stitches, using different amounts of pressure while making stitches, or simply not being familiar with the movements yet.
Don't expect your first few rows to look perfectly uniform. Your hands need time to develop muscle memory.
Try slowing down, keeping your yarn tension consistent and counting your stitches at the end of every row. With practice, your stitches will naturally become more even.
Why are my crochet stitches too tight?
Your stitches may be too tight if you're pulling the working yarn too firmly or holding your hook and yarn with too much tension.
Very tight stitches can make it difficult to insert your hook into the next stitch and can make the finished project stiff.
Try relaxing your grip and allowing the yarn to move more freely through your fingers. You can also experiment with a slightly larger hook.
Most importantly, don't fight the yarn.
Your hands will gradually find a comfortable rhythm with practice.
Why does my crochet project keep getting wider or narrower?
If your project is supposed to have straight edges but keeps getting wider or narrower, you're probably accidentally adding or dropping stitches.
This is one of the most common beginner crochet problems.
For example, if your pattern requires 20 stitches per row, try counting your stitches after every row. Pay particular attention to the first and last stitch, as these are easy to accidentally miss.
Stitch markers can also help you identify where your row begins and ends.
And if your rectangle has somehow turned into a trapezium, don't panic.
You probably just lost a stitch somewhere along the way.
How long does it take to crochet something?
There isn't one fixed answer because it depends on the size and complexity of the project, the yarn and hook you're using, and your experience level.
A simple coaster or keychain might take a beginner 2-3 hours, while a large blanket, detailed plushie or intricate bag can take days.
Beginners should also expect their first projects to take longer. You're not just making the item — you're learning the technique at the same time.
As you practise, your hands become more efficient and your projects usually become faster to make.
And that's also why handmade products can take considerably longer to create than something produced in a factory.
Why do handmade crochet products cost more than mass-produced products?
A handmade crochet product isn't simply the cost of the yarn.
The price also reflects the time, skill, design, labour and attention to detail involved in creating the piece.
A machine can produce hundreds or thousands of identical products in a short period of time. A handmade piece is created individually, stitch by stitch, by a person.
That's also why handmade products can have small variations between pieces. You're buying something that has been made by hand rather than something manufactured to be identical.
When you buy handmade, you're not just paying for the finished object.
You're paying for the hands and hours behind it.
Why are handmade crochet products not perfectly identical?
Because they're handmade!
Even when the same pattern, yarn and colours are used, small differences in tension, stitching, shape and finishing can naturally occur from one piece to another.
These variations are not necessarily flaws. They're part of the nature of handmade craftsmanship.
A handmade product doesn't come off an assembly line looking exactly like the one before it. Each piece has its own tiny differences which is also what makes it uniquely yours.
Are handmade crochet products good gifts?
Absolutely.
One of the best things about handmade crochet gifts is that they feel personal without needing to be extravagant. A small handmade accessory, plushie, pouch, home décor piece or thoughtfully put-together hamper can make a lovely gift for birthdays, celebrations, housewarmings or simply because you saw something and thought of someone.
The fact that each piece is handmade also means the gift doesn't feel like something pulled from an endless warehouse of identical products.
It's a little more personal. And that's kind of the point of giving a gift.
